At Northern Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
